The Town of Randolph, one of the most diverse communities in Massachusetts, has a population of 3,000 students in eight schools. Projects at four Randolph schools improve building efficiency, resiliency, and utility consumption, as part of a multi-year contract with MSBA including eight studies for Massachusetts public schools. All projects consider International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and Massachusetts School Building Authority standards for design and replacement of building envelope components.
Through cost control and effective construction administration, Taylor & Burns was able to save the Town of Randolph over $1,000,000 to allocate for additional building improvements.
